Job Description

You are expected to support the agency sales team on both individual travel and group tours businesses including group tickets issuance and sales administration related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with travel agents, outports and internal departments to resolve day-to-day book / ticketing issues
• Follow up group fare quotation and create bookings upon request
• Follow up group booking utilization and progress update to minimize group seats wastage
• Update group monitoring report with payment details at different stages, ticketing information and final utilization
• Issue tickets for group tours and chartered flights
• Liaise with travel agents and internal departments for special services arrangement
• Support internal department on data analysis and report generation

Requirements

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• HKCEE/DSE standard or above with pass in English or have completed a diploma from a recognized institute or college
• A minimum 1 year of experience in airline commercial / sales
• Good understanding of airline industry is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is desirable
• PC literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to adopt various interpersonal styles to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues, customers and stakeholders

• Strong sense of responsibility
• Able to collect all relevant information and analyze complex problems and issues
